Introduction
Water...
Earth...
Fire...
Air...
Long ago, the four nations lived together in harmony. Until they finally entered the Sonic universe. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Hahahaha. Just kidding. Joke.
But, for those 90s or 2000s kids, you might be familiar with the Avatar characters, which used to grace our TV screens in the mornings. Well, right as this article is being written, SEGA just released the latest DLC featuring characters from the Avatar series. Will it look good?

Trailer
You can watch the launch trailer for this latest Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds DLC from the video below:
SALES!
You can grab this Avatar DLC by clicking this link. The DLC just dropped on Steam!
Also, Year 2 of Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds will launch on November 30. For more info, make sure to follow @RaceCrossWorlds across various social media platforms!
New Racers!
In this latest DLC, there are two new characters you can play as. Namely Aang and Katara. Personally... I'm more interested in playing as Aang, since I'm a guy, hehe. Too bad there's no Zuko character in this DLC... 🥲
New Vehicle and Course Design? 👀
Besides the new characters, there's a new course design, the Lion Turtle Island course. On top of that, there's a new vehicle too, the Gliding Air Vehicle. Unfortunately, since I don't own the DLC yet, I'm not exactly sure which area it refers to. But judging from the trailer, it seems like this screenshot shows the track in question 👀
Furthermore, there are some trinkets (?) displayed on the race track, taken from the iconic elements of the Avatar franchise, namely Water, Fire, Air, and Earth. They look absolutely gorgeous, especially the Water element... 🥲
Future Collaborations and Expectations
Ha! As far as I know, Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds has already had many collaborations with characters from other franchises, whether from SEGA themselves — like Axel, or Majima — or even from outside, for example from Nickelodeon — Spongebob Squarepants, or Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. And honestly... I'm curious. Will they also be able to collab with other franchises like Doraemon, or Disney? I kinda want to see a massive collaboration like the Wreck-It Ralph movie, where many characters merge into one, or Ralph Breaks the Internet. There are so many IPs out there, and... it would probably be super expensive, huh. But could it happen? Considering Disney themselves also have their own racing game, Disney Speedstorm 👀
Conclusion
That's a quick wrap-up of the latest DLC from Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds. It's currently priced at 6 USD, and to get various new cosmetics, it feels quite worth-it. I wouldn't say it's super expensive, but I wouldn't call it cheap either, it's doable if you're tempted to buy it.
That's all!
Thank you for reading! Hope you like it!
